Payment must be received before learners will be enrolled in classes.
Refund policy: The TICR Program will provide a full refund minus a $75 withdrawal fee if the TICR Program is notified of course withdrawals by the end of the 2nd week of classes: July 24, 2026. We regret that there are no refunds after this date. Notice of withdrawals must be received by the deadline (send to:

) to be eligible for refund.
Please note: Only UCSF students (defined as individuals enrolled in UCSF degree or certificate programs) will receive academic credit for courses. Official transcripts are available to UCSF students only. A Certificate of Course Completion will be available upon request to individuals who are not UCSF students and satisfactorily pass all course requirements. UC matriculated students who wish to register in specific DEB courses may apply each quarter as desired. Please be advised that the DEB courses are a part of the UC Self Supporting Graduate Degree Programs, and as a result, course fees are assessed apart from, and in addition to, regular tuition and fees paid to the home campus. To cover the fees charged for the individual DEB courses, students will need approval and funding from their home campus/department. Payment for course fees will not be accepted from students. Only campus fund sources are allowable to pay for UC student enrollment in individual DEB courses.

EPI 202 Sessions
Attendance in EPI 202 is in person and required. Exceptions to attendance are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and a zoom section option will only be available, space permitting, based on consideration of the reason for your inability to attend in person sections. The zoom section is prioritized for international students enrolled in the course who have prior agreements with the program. Please note that zoom section availability is not guaranteed.

EPI 150.03 Sessions
Please note that priority for EPI 150.03 is given to residents. Other learners will need approval prior to enrollment.
Learners have the option of two different four-week tracks for Designing Clinical Research for Residents (EPI 150.03).
Track 1: July 30 - August 25

The majority of the Designing Clinical Research (EPI 150.03) small groups will be offered at 10:30 AM to 12 Noon on Mondays and Wednesdays, but we will have a limited number of small group slots on Monday and Wednesday, 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Please indicate your availability below. We urge you to be as flexible as possible when stating your ability to attend various time slots. Only the Mondays and Wednesdays 10:30 AM slot is guaranteed to occur; other slots may not ultimately be offered.
